Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Exoticcosmeticsuk.com. Once an order has shipped, returns are only accepted if your order has been unopened and unused. We have the right to reject your order if we see it's been used. We do NOT provide free postage for returns.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after contacting info@exoticcosmeticsuk.com Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product within 1 working day from when you receive it. If your order is lost or If you have not received your order within 10 working days from when Royal Mail said it would be delivered, please contact us so we can file a claim and they can investigate and we can resend you your order.
For EU
For the EU, as the UK has now left the UK there is now a 50% chance you may have to be required to pay customs charges, if this is the case, we cannot refund your item as this is out of our control and new rules are always being changed due to Brexit.
If you are outside of the UK and refuse your order, or do not collect your order because you changed your mind, when it gets returned, you will not get your shipping refunded. Just the product.

Although we do accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility and if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
